Melissa directed that episode. She didn't notice it (obviously) and apparently no one else in the crew did, or they didn't have the stones to call "cut". Or... they just didn't give a crap.

I noticed it too. Could be one of two things; she meant to say it that way as a wink to the audience that this guy was so full of himself that she could outfox him without having to be perfectly cunning (which she could be if the need arose - but this was not that kind of situation where she had to be perfectly on point to accomplish her goal) or the production crew just didn't give a rats butt. Melissa has a very LOUD presence and a very LOUD voice. They heard it, they all heard it; but they just didn't care enough to point it out to her.
