"The Bridge" Canceled at FX

"The Bridge" has collapsed. FX on Tuesday pulled the plug on the Diane Kruger-Demian Bichir drama after two low-rated seasons, TVLine has confirmed.

The show ended its run earlier this month with 1 million viewers and a 0.3 demo rating, slightly below its Season 2 average.

The first season was pretty good, the second season not quite as good. Didn't care much for Eleanor (Franka Potente) plus they spoke more spanish in the second season.

FX Boss Talks "The Bridge" Regrets

FX Networks CEO John Landgraf had “a lot of regrets” about not renewing "The Bridge" for Season 3.

"But, the drama had a relentlessly downward trajectory in terms of ratings," he said Sunday at the Television Critics Association winter press tour.
