When I watch this show I get the feeling I've seen it B4

I do like Hart of Dixie, even though it's a little slow, or should I say light entertainment. But when I do watch it, I get the feeling I am watching another Everwood. Atleast a similar premise. New Doctor in town trying to make a name for herself, get people to trust her and is at odds with the towns regular physician, who doesn't like her and wants her out. Except Everwood had a male physician (Treat Williams) and this show has a female (Rachel Bilson) I love Rachel Bilson, have since The OC, and this is why I keep watching HOD. But with the addition of Barry Watson, I might like it even more because I am a Barry Watson fan since 7th Heaven. I also loved What about Brian too, for it's short lived 2 seasons.
