I was a big fan of the following 1964 sitcoms:

Broadside
My Living Doll
Wendy and Me
No Time For Sergeants
Karen
Many Happy Returns
Mickey
The Tycoon
The Cara Williams Show
The Baileys of Balboa
Valentine's Day

Out of those, I would have to say that Wendy and Me and My Living Doll probably hold up the best.

Not a sitcom, but Jonny Quest also has a 50 year anniversary this year, having debuted in 1964- classic Hanna-Barbera action/adventure cartoon.
