Selena Gomez's sexy image troubles former co-star

Jeff Garlin isn't a fan of Selena Gomez's sexy image.

Selena Gomez certainly started donning sexier styles after leaving Disney's Wizards of Waverly Place, but one of her former co-stars isn't thrilled with her new persona.

Jeff Garlin, who played Uncle Kelbo on the Disney Channel show, had some harsh words to say about the 22-year-old's image during his chat with HuffPost Live. "I worked with [Gomez] for three years, and I love her. She is, at least in terms of what I saw, a great kid," Garlin prefaced.

"But then I see her sexualized. When I see her sexualized, I look at her, and I look at this Ariana Grande... Both beautiful girls, but they have baby fat! They look like kids!"

Speaking on her bikini-clad role in the 2012 film Spring Breakers, the 52-year-old continued, "I'm by myself in the theater, and I couldn't have felt dirtier. Great bikini shots of Selena Gomez? I don't go there. I see the thing, but I see those chubby cheeks. She's a kid. This is disgusting that it's happening so young."

So who's to blame? "It didn't happen 30 years ago. ...I'll blame the Internet. I'm not like clean-cut Johnson. Maybe it's because I know [Gomez]. It's like she's young, she's a kid."

I guess in a way it's weird even though Selena is of legal age but like Garlin says, she still has that cute baby fat noticeable around her face.

But man as soon as she grows up and her body matures I'll be there oogling her online.

I also think Jeff sees her as a kid from the tv show and not a woman that she is now. He doesnt see 22 yr. old Gomez. He sees the young kid on Waverly Place. I could understand that but people grow up. They cant stay young forever.

It's kind of weird seeing Selena in her "Come & Get It" video (which seems like one of the early times that Selena tried to do something "overtly" sexy or sexual on camera), maybe cause she (and I don't know how old she was she made that video) because she for the most part, still looked the way she looks on WOWP.

i don't know, but she still looks really young - like she could pass for 14 or 15 years old; plus isn't she going out with that little 14 year-old Beeber singer kid?

I don't know if they're still together or not, but I just looked it up and he's 20 years old now.
