"Scorpion" To Stage a Crossover with "NCIS: Los Angeles"

CBS will be staging a crossover of sorts when "NCIS: Los Angeles’" Linda Hunt guest-stars on "Scorpion", EW has learned exclusively.

"Scorpion" stars Elyes Gabel as Walter O’Brien, an eccentric genius who assembles a team of super-geniuses to combat the complex threats of the modern age.

His team will enlist Hunt’s "NCIS: LA" character Hetty when a lead on an upcoming case tracking down a priceless painting takes them to a Halloween party and they need her expertise to go undercover and infiltrate the event.

Naturally, the crossover episode of "Scorpion" is slated to air in late October around the spooky holiday.

CBS’ new drama "Scorpion" premieres Sept. 22 at 9 p.m., while "NCIS: LA" returns Sept. 29 at 10 p.m.

"NCIS: Los Angeles’" Hetty is going to lend the "Scorpion" guys a hand later this month, and EW has the exclusive first look.

Walter O’Brien (Elyes Gabel) and his team will enlist Linda Hunt’s "NCIS: LA" character when a lead on an upcoming case tracking down a priceless painting takes them to a Halloween party and they need her expertise to go undercover and infiltrate the event.

The crossover episode of Scorpion is slated to air in late October around the spooky holiday.
