So is The Hub going through a revamp? Are they removing the cartoons off schedule too?

No they are keeping the kids programming but the late night programming is being changed in favor of educational programming.

Look at their new schedule which goes into effect October 13th. They are getting rid of the current programming that airs at night in favor of educational programming.
