I didn't care much for this episode. It's bad enough Jake and Gavin were overcompetitive in this episode, Gavin Hugging Jake was too much for me...I couldn't stand it!
Somehow I wasn't convinced that Gavin was an Alcoholic. I kept waiting for him to tell Jake he was only there to feel better about himself and laugh at the other people. I totally didn't see Gavin reaching out to Jake and telling him he wouldn't let go as Gavin was hugging Jake for what seemed like an eternity. The only redeeming scene in that episode was when Dylan told Jake she was starting to think she only liked alcholics....that....definitely did it for me. BTW: What was up with Jake and Penny going to dinner? I know that didn't happen but will Jake and Penny be a recurring theme and evolve into a 3 person drama with Penny replacing gavin? Have a good one. |

I didn't like this episode very much either! I wish that Penny and Frank were in the show more than they are. I LOVE Constance Zimmer!
