In the 7th episode of the series, there's a funny exchange of dialog between Mary and daughter Heather. I don't recall the conversation exactly word for word, I would have to go back and check the DVD, but it goes something like this:
Heather: "I feel depressed". Mary: "What's wrong Heather, why are you depressed?". Heather: "My life is a disaster. I have nothing to live for". Mary: "Oh don't say that Heather, you have much to live for". Heather: "Like what?". Mary pauses for a moment then says: "Well, just wait you'll see". ![]() I wish the Mary Hartman episodes were 25 minutes instead of 22 minutes. With the shorter running time, the episodes go by too quickly. The episodes were given a 22 minute run time because the series originally aired in syndication. |
