MANY guest stars on "The Doris Day Show"who starred in her movies-Offhand,I can think of these-John Astin(Gomez of "The Addams Family",who starred with Doris Day in 1962's "That Touch of Mink",and 1963's "Move Over,Darling",)the late Edward Andrews(he starred with Doris Day and James Garner in 1963's "The Thrill of it All"),and the late John McGiver (1966's "The Glass Bottom Boat").Any others?

And,Jackie Joseph ,who later played Jackie Parker on the series later on(if they would have kept Rose Marie,the three of them would made a great team),co-starred in Doris Day's LAST movie,the comedy film 1968's "With Six,You Get Eggroll",directed by the late Howard Morris.Oh,by the way,did the late Howard Morris direct any episodes of "The Doris Day Show"?

And now,name the actors who were featured in both formats of "The Doris Day Show" ,in format one when she was a widowed mother with the kids,AND format two when she was a swinging single.

The only overlapping characters from both formats that I can recall are the Paluccis (who carried from S3 over into S4 but not S5, from what I recall) and Mr. Jarvis (who started in S3 and lasted for the rest of the series).

I always thought it was strange that while the apartment was supposed to be over a restaurant, it had a front door that led into the main floor. Maybe it was on one of those steep hills in San Francisco or something.
