I see that my last two attempts to stimulate some conversation about this fine series have failed. Par for the course! I also see that the first of the two has sixty-nine views. Just for fun, I am going to mention the fact that I was born in 1969. However, since the vast majority of you guys know virtually nothing about me except what you have read on these pages, I am going to stick to events that most of you will have heard of. I would say that the two most famous events that took place during that year are the landing on the moon and the institution known as Woodstock. Well, another event that I learned about on the Internet is the first full-length movie based on the "Peanuts" comics made its debut. This film was called "A Boy Named Charlie Brown". Is anyone here familiar with it? By this stage in the game, the comics had already been in newspapers all over the United States and beyond and some of the TV specials had already been produced. However, this was the first attempt at making a movie about these lovably characters. Just offering this as food for thought. Bye!

I love that movie. I was born in 1990, but I love anything Charlie Brown. This was the one where Charlie Brown was in a spelling bee. Funny story about me and this one, this was where I first heard the phrase Sydney or the Bush. What's funny, is the first time I saw this movie, it was in the year 2000 when the Olympics were in Sydney and George W Bush was running for president and got elected. I somehow associated that phrase with those two events.

Very pleased to have met you. The fact that you visited this page leads me to believe that you are a fan of "Mad About You". During its full seven seasons, it was my absolute favorite show! I am crazy about Helen Hunt! I would be very interested in learning what about the show you especially liked. |

I've actually never watched an episode of Mad About You. The title of this thread on the home page of the boards just caught my attention. However, I think I would probably like Mad About You if I ever get a chance to see it.

The last time I checked, some of the episodes had been uploaded onto You Tube. If you are interested, you could check them out. |
