Lifetime To End "Drop Dead Diva" after 6th Season *For Real This Time*
"Drop Dead Diva" Will End after Sixth Season
Feb 13, 2014 by Liz Raftery "Drop Dead Diva's" upcoming sixth season will be the show's last, Lifetime announced Thursday. The network promises that "all will be revealed" in the final season of the show, which is about a shallow model who dies in an accident and is resurrected in the body of a plus-sized attorney. This isn't the first time "Drop Dead Diva" has faced cancellation, however. It was also axed after Season 4, though found new life after Lifetime and Sony Pictures Television agreed to cheaper production costs.
