I like Pamela Britton's portrayal of Loralee Brown the best. She gave her a really sweet, and rather eccentric, nature.

Pamela Britton was a huge talent and by all account beloved by all who worked with her..

Mrs. Brown from what I've seen so far. She's not too nosy like Gladys Kravitz but she's endearing in her own sweet way.

I also like Yale Summers as the nervous intern in the episode "RX For A Martian".
