Hi all! My name is Jamie, and I just discovered this board and wanted to introduce myself. I was psyched to discover a fairly active L&S msg board... I used to maintain a mediocre L&S website years ago, back when I was a diehard fan just discovering the show. It's nice seeing L&S still being discussed online, even if it's hard to find networks that still air reruns... anyway, take care everyone, and I look forward to talking w/ you all!

L&S is currently airing on Lifetime Real WOmen if you get that channel

Hey!
Unfortunately I don't get the channel... but it is nice to hear that it is still being shown! I have VHS tapes of most of the episodes buried here somewhere, but I haven't pulled them out in a while... pretty soon, I'm definitely going to pick up the dvds...

Unfortunatly LRW is taking it off in June.Hopefully we will get a season 3 release.I'd love to own the entire series.

Yeah, I'm really hoping for a season 3 release too... for some reason, a release date is posted on Wikipedia, but to my knowledge there has been NO official information about future releases as of yet. I picked up the season 2 DVDs a few weeks ago, and I definitely hope they continue putting them out...

I'm also a fan of Laverne & Shirley and have many of the episodes on tape and I also bought season 1 on dvd. Haven't gotten the second season on dvd yet. The show always makes me laugh, its one of my favorites.

yeah, i have been slacking about buying the second season dvd - i WILL get it soon though.

i would NOT trust the information on Wikipedia about the 3rd season release date, any REAL information will get posted on here or the www.TvShowsonDVD.com news page first.

Yeahhh, I figured the Wikipedia thing had no truth to it... I have a feeling they'll be waiting to see how s2 sells before making any decisions about s3... but who knows...

oh, i think they will definately release s3, but not until the second seasons of Happy Days, Mork & Mindy, and L&S ALL reach their respective sales goals.... however long THAT takes.

Hi - I`m a feature writer with the Winnipeg Free Press. Cindy Williams is coming to town in three weeks, to star in a production of Steel Magnolias.
