I've tried it all guys I cant stand it anymore, please try to help me!

There was this early/mid 90's sitcom about a family in wich the kid character was a horror movie/efx kind of fan, I recall him wearing some Nightmare on Elm St. tshirts...

I cant remember anything more than this.

Im going nuts.
