I noticed that my second to last thread on this page has sixty-three views and zero replies. Being that no one other than me has posted anything here for quite a while, I would like to try to stimulate some conversation by commemorating this event. I would say that, in the United States, the most well known event that took place in 1963 was the assassination of President Kennedy. However, the thing that happened that year that is most significant to me is the birth of the lovely little Helen Hunt! She is one of the very few women that does an even better job of making me drool than this show's Lea Thompson! Another babe that was born in 1963 and that I truly admire is Lisa Kudrow. In the recent past, I learned about another interesting event that took place that year. In 1963, the soap opera known as "General Hospital" made its debut. I recently posted a message about that reality on the "Mad About You" page of this site. The last time I checked, it was at the top of the page. I would now like to commemorate the site traffic on this page by mentioning something a little bit different. It is my understanding that, in 1963, the federal government outlawed optional prayer in any public school anywhere in the United States. What do you guys think of that ruling?
