"Cult" Dropped from CW Schedule

Apparently "Cult" couldn't gain a following — The CW series has been dropped from the network's schedule.

In the revised listings sent out on Wednesday, The CW noted that it will air an encore episode of "The Carrie Diaries" this week and then two repeats of "Oh Sit!" in "Cult's" timeslot. While the show is not officially canceled, it's no longer on the official schedule, a network rep tells TVGuide.com.

The series debuted to just 860,000 viewers and a 0.3 rating and was moved from Tuesdays to Fridays after the second episode.

Cult was kind of a strange show but it wasn't that bad. I'd much rather watch it than Oh Sit, guess I won't be recording that CW show anymore.
