It's over between Jane Seymour and James Keach.

"The couple confirm that they are separated and have been for several months," the actress and "Dancing with the Stars" alum's rep tells PEOPLE. "At this time they are negotiating the terms of their divorce."

Seymour, 62, and Keach, 65, were married in 1993 and have twin sons, 17-year-old Johnny and Kristopher, together.

"They will continue their relationship as devoted parents to their children, as business associates and partners, and in their joint dedication to preserving and furthering the charitable endeavors that they've worked on throughout their marriage," the statement continues.

This had been the fourth marriage for Seymour and the third for Keach.
