All TV shows hope to leave their mark on pop culture, but few shows have ever had as much impact as "Dynasty".

"When people think of the 1980s, they think of Dynasty," star Joan Collins says on the new National Geographic miniseries, "The '80s: The Decade That Made Us".

"And when they think of Dynasty... they think of me."





That's because Collins' iconic character, Alexis Carrington Colby, helped kick-start an '80s fashion craze. In our exclusive sneak peek at the miniseries below, Collins and co-star Linda Evans look back at their characters' style and recall the fan reaction when the show launched its own fashion line.
