As most people who frequent this page know, I have, long ago, run out of things to write the directly pertain to this series. Writing about site traffic is simply a way of killing some time and hoping to stimulate some conversation. I would say that, nine times out of ten, it does serve the purpose of killing time, but no one looks at the posts worthy of a response. Just look at my most recent attempts below this one! In any event, I noticed that, my second to last post has fifty-two views and zero replies. I would like to commemorate this event by mentioning that in 1952, "Charlotte's Web" was written. My guess would be that most people reading this post have either read the book or watched at least one of the incarnations of the movie at one point or another. I think that it told a great story! Given that the character of Caroline came from an agricultural town is Wisconsin, I am sure that she would appreciation the references to farm life expressed in the story. I wonder if Lea Thompson ever read the book or watched the movie with either of her real-life daughters. In any event, I recently read a biography of E. B. White who wrote the book. I thought it was a pretty good read. I wonder if there will ever be a biography of this show's lovely little Lea Thompson. I know that I would read it!
