The NBC breakout post-apocalyptic drama has cast actress Leslie Hope in the role of President Foster — the tough, seasoned leader of the powerful Georgia Federation (which is, presumably, a rival of its aggressive Northern neighbor, The Monroe Republic, where the show’s action has been set during the first half of the season).
