Exclamation "Columbo" The Complete Series DVD Oct. 16th

THE LANDMARK SERIES THAT INSPIRED A GENRE!

Legendary Peter Falk is the four-time Primetime Emmy Award winner for his portrayal of the iconic, trenchcoat-wearing Police Lieutenant Columbo. For the first time ever, the complete series is coming to DVD in a 34-disc anthology. Includes all 69 episodes from the show's 7 seasons and all 24 television movies! "Just one more thing..."

Every criminal, every innocent victim (and some not-so-innocent ones), and every wily deduction are here in one definitive collection. Seemingly befuddled but always brilliant, the cigar-chomping detective will have you following the clues until the last case is cracked.

You don't want to miss a minute of this beloved mystery series!

This gift set collects the contents of the previously-released 10 titles into one big package.

Contents and specs are the previous sets.

Default Politically correct as suspected...

Kinda sad that the complete series is being released in this boring format for the U.S. market. Even though I bought each season set individually and have no need for the "complete set," I must admit I would have been tempted if Universal had done similar packaging for the U.S. release of the Columbo Box Set as was done in Europe.
The Euro release was packaged in a cedar cigar box with Columbo's image etched into the wooden box. But as soon as I saw that packaging, I knew the studio would be politically correct for the U.S. market, and avoid the salute to Columbo's ever-present stogie--in fear that someone would accuse them of promoting smoking! If I had a Region 2 player, I would buy the European set for my collection. (If curious, you could probably find an image on Amazon's UK site.)
