Robinson will play the surly Sgt. Jeffries, the grandfather of Ruby Jeffries (Golden Brooks). When Ruby returns home to BlueBell, she'll quickly connect with Dr. Zoe Hart (Rachel Bilson). But her return isn't all smiles and sunshine. Ruby will have to face some unresolved issues with Lemon (Jaime King) and Lavon (Cress Williams).
