Who knew that Bea Benaderet's son, Jack Bannon (who co-starred on Lou Grant), is married to John Travolta's older sister, Ellen (former Happy Days and Joanie Loves Chachi star)? I was reading a little about Bea Benaderet's life and also noticed something very tragic: only four days after her untimely death at age 62, the day of her funeral, her husband, Gene Twombly, died of a heart attack at age 54. I suppose losing her was too much for him.
