Apr 24, 2012 by Natalie Abrams There's a new Osbourne in town! Jack Osbourne and fiancée Lisa Stelly welcomed a baby girl, People reports. Their daughter, Pearl, weighed in at 8 pounds, 6 ounces. This is the first child for Osbourne and Stelly, who got engaged in September.
