"Private Practice" actress Erin Way has joined the ensemble as Kat, the latest addition to the quirky team of investigators with superhuman powers. Kat is described a mysterious and free-spirited young loner whose Alpha ability allows her to pick up any skill at a glance. The downside is that her memories and experiences are short-lived.
