Post Is Norm Cancelled FOR SURE?

If anybody knows spread the news...I'm worried. You know two more years and it would have gone into syndication...

Can you believe they renewed Two Guys and a Girl? That show gets like 2.2 every week. Holy crap!

The fate of the show will become official on Tuesday, May 15, when ABC reveals its fall lineup. However, it was said in the yahoo news site that the show "is not expected to return."

I hate to think this could be the case. Besides, it's ABC's fault that the series pulled in weak ratings this season because the network made a very dumb mistake in moving it to Fridays. (And I'm angry about that!)

When it was on Wednesdays (especially following The Drew Carey Show), Norm was typically in the 30's region in the ratings; it even made several trips to the Nielsen's Top 30. Now if that doesn't prove respectable ratings for a Wednesday show, then I don't know what does!

Who in their right mind would move such an established show as "Norm" to Fridays?? I mean, much of the audience is busy that night because a lot of them are out on dates that night.

According to Zap2it.com, Norm is gone already. It will become official this week. That's too bad because it was a great show with a great cast.

Another show that died at the hands of a stupid network. This show was always very funny. With better handling by ABC, it could have lasted another year or 2 to get it to the point of syndication, which was where Norm wanted it to end. But at least we can look forward seeing this show on USA's USAM/Laughternoon line-up in the near future.

Isn't it hard to believe that "Norm" is cancelled while "Two Guys and a Girl" is probably renewed?

Two Guys and a Girl is officially gone also.

Hopefully Norm will be back in a sitcom in the near future as well as the whole cast.
