I watched the first episode of the 8th season and to me it looked like Tom lost some weight...

Why is it always poor Howard who is on a diet? For the whole time of the show, it seems like Marion never gained any weight or anyone else but Tom...

And some of the opening credits shows him getting tapped when he grabs something to eat.

That was the 11th-season intro. Fonzie and Howard went to grab cookies that Marion had just removed from the oven, and she tapped both their hands.

Weight loss and weight gain are different from twice. That increase better and effective to life. It make good control on human health and body which make it excellence.

back in the 70's fat jokes were common on sitcoms, to the point where they were directed at perfectly healthy people that didn't really deserve it and it certainly sent out a bad message.
