Actually, Sol, Audra Lindley was a very nice-looking lady when not in character as Mrs. Roper. I saw an interview with her on TV years ago where she said that when she was out in public, she was rarely recognized because without the wig and muumuus, no one knew she played Mrs. Roper!! LOL
