I always thought the idea of the credits was to show the three stages of relationships. Married, engaged, and single. Having Timmy in the corner of the bed looks stupid...to me.

If CBS didn't treat this show like garbage, we would've had a new opening sequence by now! Yes, it does look silly, but it doesn't spoil the series. You can easily fast forward past the credits.
