These are the most resent ratings, for July 12, 2011

In prime time, the reliability of CBS' reruns and the return of "Big Brother" allowed the network to beat NBC and "America's Got Talent" for the weekly ratings crown. CBS averaged 5.9 million viewers in prime time (3.8 rating, 7 share), compared to NBC's 5.8 million (3.5, 6).

In the annual fireworks pop-off, NBC's coverage of the Macy's fireworks display in New York was seen by 8.71 million viewers. CBS' showing of the Boston Pops fireworks had 6.65 million viewers.

ABC was third for the week with an average of 5.2 million viewers (3.2, 6), Fox had 3.5 million (2.1, 7), ION Television had 1.2 million (0.8, 1) and the CW had 720,000 (0.5, 1).

Among the Spanish-language networks, Univision led with a prime-time average of 3.1 million viewers (1.6 rating, 3 share), Telemundo had 1 million (0.6, 1), TeleFutura had 700,000 (0.4, 1), Azteca had 200,000 and Estrella 190,000 (both 0.1, 0).

As you can see in primetime reruns of Criminal Minds do better than CW and I assume MyNet but it wasn't listed, they are never going to be #1 but some weeks they are #5, NCIS use to help them hit that, and reruns of HOUSE or if they could get Law and Order or CSI, would help alot

I remember when tv used to be fun to watch. Every thirty minutes or an hour there would be a different show to watch-not this crap where you have all day marathons on the same show.

Lopez, Criminal Minds? Extremely bad news, then ION hasn't been worth watching for years now. I like that they've put Psych on though, Monk too, but I have the Monk DVDs so I don't watch ION's showings, but I do like the Psych airings, these are shows I've never seen. The rest of ION is terrible as always. I also don't like at all their bad programming style of showing multiple multiple showings of a single program all at one time in giant never ending blocks. Who in their right mind would want to watch any TV show, one right after another for hours and hours, you'd have to be cracked. It's good for recording, to get them all recorded in a short period of time, but I'd never dream of actually sitting in front of the TV and watching the same show again and again. Glad my DVD recorder can stand it though.

Criminal Minds into Flashpoint is a great idea! Thanks for finally giving Flashpoint a solid lead in.

Default ion's block of shows

I don't like it either, but it does seem to work, USA,Sci-Fi and most of the USA nets do it, mainly if you are waching Criminal Minds then your sure to like the lead out Criminal Minds, my only problem is the way ION does it is that if it is a 2 parter then they don't have one lead into the other...

If Lopez does well then maybe they will go after My Wife and Kids, King of Queens, etc...sitcoms are tough though since the popular ones are expensive, sitcoms typicaly can rerun longer and are more profitable, but their hasn't been a hot sitcom outside of 2 and half men in the last 5 years, outside of Lopez and Wife and Kids

If anyone is curious, here is how the season premiere of Flashpoint did for ION:
1.254 million viewers and a 0.5 demo (A18-49)

Retention from lead in (Criminal Minds encore): 82% in total viewers and 83% in the demo

I so agree with you Buster. I don't know why they feel the need to show the same show all day long. USA should just call themselves the Law & Order channel. Whatever happened to variety?
