Erika Slezak Re-Signs With Online Version of 'One Life to Live'
Prospect Park announced on Tuesday the first wave of One Life to Live cast members who have signed to stick with the sudser when it moves to the Internet in January, and the names attached do not disappoint. Among those joining the pioneer online production are daytime vets Michael Easton (aka John McBain), Kassie DePaiva (Blair), Ted King (Tomas), and the aforementioned Slezak.
Given the confirmation of such strong OLTL players staying on-board the soap, it bodes well that other fan faves will soon follow suit. http://www.tvline.com/2011/09/amc-ol...r/#more-247440 |

I suspect that Online soaps will be a short lived fad. I hope I'm wrong though since I'd like to see the Soap genre survive in some form.

I was so thrilled to see these top actors have signed on and hope they also find an cable outlet as has been reported. Prospect Park has said they are talking with cable networks and they seem to mean business.
I do not want to do without my soaps we have already lost too many. |
