Studio copies are episodes that come directly from the television affiliate, in this case NBC and Witt-Thomas-Harris. It is a master copy with no flaws and is excellent quality. These were used to promote an episode of a show or for archival purposes. Studio copies are not recorded from TV, but rather come from the master print. Thanks for your question.
