Question What about Me-Too? Will comedy and drama also be combined on that station?

Me-TV national does launch Dec. 15. More to come on that.
OK...these are the Milwaukee differences, weekdays at least:

12:30AM-2:00AM CT is different (Star Trek: TNG and Marshal Dillon air nationally)
7:00AM-8:00AM CT Roseanne (Petticoat Junction and M3S air nationally)
Rest is the same.

I wonder if the MNTV affiliate in South Bend that airs classics owned by Weigel will become the national Me-TV...I wonder what the delay is for launch...

Thanks for pointing that out. What a disappointing turn of events...I was just starting to get back into Courtship of Eddie's Father and Mork and Mindy on the weekends.

Pavan:

Do you know if MeTV will have their national feed on C-Band satellite? I get RTV, ThisTV, and TuffTV this way.

Default New channel arrangements in Chicago

Actually, the lineup that I posted earlier is incorrect for Chicago (meaning station and lineup wise). They added a channel to let us know the new channel changes coming next week. Now Chicago's station lineup looks like this starting on 12/15:

26.1 WCIU
26.2 The U Too (changes from local Me-TV (WWME) to The U Too)
26.3 Me-TV (changes from local Me-Too (WMEU) to Me-TV National (at least I think this is the national one))
26.4 Me-Too (changes from This TV to MeToo (local Me-TV))
26.5 This TV (subchannel 26.5 just added)

Wow, The U Too doesn't look very impressive except for a few shows. Here are some links to information on MeTV/Me Too, nothing we don't already know really:

http://www.metvchicago.com/?page=newschedules
http://www.wciu.com/files/channel_grid.pdf

Unfortunately, Me Too doesn't enjoy as much avaliability as MeTV does, as it is not on satellite.

Milwaukee's website is still not updated. I wonder why they bothered to schedule Roseanne and Star Trek: TNG and not just go with the full national feed- by them doing that, I wonder if they will launch a second channel or not.

No prob! It'll be interesting where it will go.

UPDATE: As for national Me-TV affiliates... they won't be announced soon. They are just getting started and in most markets have a couple of options that have to be explored and negotiated. So they are not in a rush, and hope people understand this takes more than "flipping a switch" for a broadcaster to commit to programming.

View the end of our story, as we added some info.

Channel 49 currently only airs MeTV on 49.1 and Telemundo on 49.4 (Weigel purchased channel 49 for $7 million in 2007), so MeToo will in all likelihood go on 49.2.

I don't think South Bend is going MeTV.

They aren't really a "MeTV" station, they just air older shows during the day and MyNet in primetime. Here's what TitanTV lists from 12/15 on (current schedule, actually):

Quote:
7AM Wendy Williams Show
8AM True Hollywood Story
9AM Perry Mason
10AM Bonanza
12PM Gunsmoke
1PM Honeymooners 2X
2PM Cheers 2X
3PM Leave it to Beaver 2X
4PM Little House on the Prairie
5PM Andy Griffith 2X
6PM AFV
7PM Don't Forget The Lyrics! 2X
8PM-10PM MyNetworkTV
10PM Everybody Hates Chris 2X
11PM Meet The Browns 3X
12:30AM Cheaters
1AM Jerry Springer
2AM Steve Wilkos
3AM Judge Mathis
4AM Cold Case
5AM The People's Court
Just thought I'd share. Weekends have some good classics.

Tomorrow's the day! Weigel will fire up MeTV National on WCIU 26.3 and WWME-CA tomorrow at 5AM CT! Milwaukee gets the national MeTV at 6AM CT on WBME-DT. It is mostly national except for the Roseanne and Star Trek: TNG airings in the mornings. Can't wait to hear how it looks!

Doesn't look like any of the South Bend, IN stations will be carrying it.
