Hello ,

:raises hand:

Yeah, I remember that show. I remember the it being apart of Nickelodean's early days. I am so amazed how much Nickelodeon has changed now.

It was a Canadian show produced in the 1980s and aired from 1981-1990, I believe. It was on Nickelodeon. They stopped airing it around 1993.

There were several hosts throughout the series. Christine hosted the show the longest.

I used to watch that show all the time. I had the biggest crush on Alasdair.

A bit of trivia...

A preteen Allanis Morrisette appeared in a few episodes.

End of trivia.

I think I may still have that episode with Alanis Morrsette. I remember it very well. As a kid I always wanted to be on that show. I still have episodes from Nick's original run.

I loved that show as a kid! I wish they'd still air them, or that they'd come out on video.

I loved the restaurant (Barth's, I think), the executioner guy, the teacher, everything.

There was a video called "The Worst of YCDTOTV" but this video is no longer marketed. As for the restaurant, the name of it was "Barth's Burgery." I loved El Capitano (the executioner). I just loved this show and I wish it would be on TV again.
