Well...look at all the 1957-1963 TV series Hanna-Barbera did, esepcially Top Cat, a Sgt.Bilko Parody with an extremely interesting cat cast- nerdy chaarcter actor Arnold Stang as Top Cat, wiseguy Marvin Kaplan as Choo Choo, Bilko regular Maurice Gosfield as Benny the Ball, nightclub-cool jazz and comic music layer and impressionist Leo De Lyon as both Spook and The Brain, movie and radio policeman portrayer Al Jenkyns as the only human charatcer, nemesis [who TC sometiumes wins over], Off.Dibble, and a few studio regulars, John Stepehnson as Fancy Fancy and Pierre, and Jean VanerPyl as T.C.'s gal pal Goldie.

Wacky Races is on every day on Boomerang, and if you watch the intro it clearly shows Penelope's shifter with "LIPSTICK" in place of the "VIBRATOR" which kinda looks like it was photoshopped-in
