Sept 10, 2010 by Adam Bryant Brenda Leigh Johnson is going to need a little help in "The Closer" summer finale, and Courtney B. Vance is the man for the job. The former "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" and "FlashForward" star will guest-star in Monday's episode, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively. He may also return later in the season. Vance will play Deputy Chief Tommy Delk, the head of the LAPD's counter-terrorism division. He's brought in to help with a joint investigation between the FBI and the LAPD. As Brenda (Kyra Sedgwick) fights to stay a step ahead, Delk proves that he is just as clever as she is in manipulating the system.
