Does anyone know the last time sitcoms were aired at 10:00pm on network television?

Edit: Using wikipedia the last successful 10:00pm sitcom was Designing Women in the 1989-1990 season. Previously the last time was the 1978-1979 season with The Ropers. But it looks like back in the 50s and 60s there were a lot of 10:00pm sitcoms.
