On garfield and friends,Binky the clown had a birthday song for Jon,happy birthday,happy Birthday,Whoop-de-do,Whoop-de-do,may this day be pleasant open up your present,just for you,just for you.I don't know the name of the episode.

That was from the very first episode! The title of that segment was called "Peace and Quiet", and the birthday jingle was sung to the tune of "Frere Jacques". Here's a clip:
