The CW Plans To Air Remaining "Beautiful Life" Eps. Next Summer
Barton's Show Could Have Life Yet
Mischa Barton's cancelled TV show is coming back from the dead - bosses behind The Beautiful Life are planning to air the axed episodes next year. The former The O.C. star signed on to Ashton Kutcher's modelling drama earlier this year, but the series was scrapped by U.S. network The CW in September after just two episodes, due to poor ratings. Now TV bosses are planning to resurrect the programme by airing the remaining shows next summer. A statement from show spokesman Paul McGuire reads, "We have somewhat good news. The CW will plan to air the remaining episodes of The Beautiful Life next summer. The bad news is there are still no plans of renewing The Beautiful Life. But that might change during the months, or this year. The status of unaired episodes has yet to be determined." -IMDB News |
