aired on the ABC network from 1957 to 1959) was one of the best live-action shows Walt Disney ever produced. Great theme song, too. |

I'm a baby boomer, but I don't remember it. I remember when THE DISNEY CHANNEL used to rerun it though.

I think the disney channel ended their 2:00 a.m. showings of zorro in the fall of 2002. If you crave vintage action and adventure series, act fast as there are only 30,000 copies of each season. Last year the DISNEY TREASURES COLLECTION of dr syn:the scarecrow of romney marsh vanished fast.[they are bringing up to 200.00 on e-bay]

I got mine today!
To be honest, I've only seen this show a couple times (the colorized version on Disney some years ago). In fact, I assumed the show was always in color. This will be a treat to see it in it's original black and white. I'm not a fan of colorizing black and white shows. I'm looking forward to viewing these DVDs. It came at a great time - last night I finished watching every episode of "It's Garry Shandling's Show." So now I'm ready to watch a different show. |
