Does anyone remember this show from 1990? I think it was on CBS. It starred Loretta Devine, Dana Hill, and Stephanie Hodge. What was this show about?

The show was about two sisters (VickyLynn and Loretta) that were different as night and day that lived in the same house and raised their late older sister's teenaged daughter Toby in Oklahoma. Vicky ran a miniature show out of her garage while sexy Loretta was a host at Chez Jaques. Bonnie was the neighbor who also worked for Vicky at the miniature shop. Ginger was Toby's best friend who was cartoonish and almost getting Toby into trouble. I have some episodes from CBS and BET. I used to watch this show.
