I believe this show was filmed in New York, the Bronx. Does anyone know which studio there?

The ending credits state the show was filmed at Biograph Studios in the Bronx.

The Biograph Studio in the Bronx. It was originally used to film silent movies before motion picture production moved out west. The movie, Love Story, was probably the last movie filmed there. It was torn down and replaced by a sanitation dept. depot.

....CBS/Paramount, as they own the "Republic Pictures" library (which acquired National Telefilm Associates, who absorbed the "NBC Films" library {who owned "CAR 54"} in 1971), who distributed the series in the late '80s. They're in no hurry to reissue the series on DVD, if that's what you're wondering about.
The (second; the first was originally located on East 14th Street) Biograph Studio, incidentally, was headquartered at 807 East 175th Street, and opened in 1913. It was in operation through 1939, shut down during World War II, reopened in 1956 (as "Gold Medal Studios" from '56 through '61), continuing operations ["NAKED CITY" and George C. Scott's "EAST SIDE/WEST SIDE" (1963-'64) were filmed at those facilities as well] until about 1971, when the studio closed again. It was destroyed in a fire in 1980.
