I see it's jam packed with name brand stars, but not that funny.

Who's the target audience ?

Yes a young audience, you can see the target audience in mind going by the age of most of the characters.

I think it's target audience is probrally people in their 20's and 30's. I think it's a pretty funny show, with some pretty good character based comedy.
