There were just too many changes for me. I got tired of the silly putty against the wall syndrome. I would see a show I like on there and then suddenly, it's gone. I remember talking about taping some more episodes of "Alice" and the one of the two board members either Solomon or Ireneparalegal tell me that the show had its last airing on ION. The network did 'tease' us with these great shows like "Growing Pains" and "Who's the Boss" and then they were gone.

I can't stand ION. I was elated when I heard they were showing Alice and Perfect Strangers. Once I saw they reduced the shows to like 15 minutes each with their constant interrupting commericals with cuts in mid dialogue I got pissed. Then when they take them off the air and replace them with shows that were seen constantly on other networks I got even more pissed. Goodbye ION. You won't be missed.

I totally agree. At least I got my Wonder Years and WTB? taped.

There is NOTHING exclusive to this network anymore. I say gone by the end of the year.

It bothered me that ION aired those shows when they come out on other channels. The only thing I like about ION is that they show The Drew Carey Show and Quantum Leap which don't also come out on other channels.

Remember those past ION press releases "Mama scores big with marathon" and "Who's the Boss outperforms any other show in women for ION"? Boy, as soon as the dust settles........BAM! Show is gone.........

It is still on but I figure it will be off ION soon.

There is no figuring--it's a goner as Pav has posted their upcoming schedule changes for May.

And yea, Sol.....ION sold itself (or whored itself) out to RHI for that way too long 2 year programming deal. Those could have been good retro nights for sitcoms.

Pax was originally a great network. I used to watch it quite a lot in it's early years. It's too bad that they failed.

Actually, people criticize PAX and Mr. Paxson, but I honestly don't see his management of the network as being any worse than it is now.

I would rather have PAX back as well.....even with that stop smoking show, Diagnosis Murder, Sue Thomas, Doc....at least they were original!

GOOD. They never have any good shows in their package and they show infomercials most of the day. They also butchered the heck out of The 10th Kingdom when they showed it last Fall.
