I think he realizes that The Osbournes is a reality show, I don't think he is saying that The Osbournes should be a family sitcom or anything like that but that they might not have the best morals or handle situations correctly.

Yeah, you keep telling yourself that, perhaps one day you may convince yourself.

Obviously, you will never convince me of that!

Well I have never met a family whose father was a drugged-out Rocker and Satan worshiper, who uses an F-bomb as if it were a common verb used in everyday language. But that is his reality!

I find it sad, not entertaining!

I wish there where more people like Bill Cosby, who at least has some values! I can't believe that so many people look up to this discusting, trampy family! Who in their right minds would EVER wish to have a family like thiers? If my family ever turned out like their's...well, I think I'd find jumping of a bridge rather appealing!
They are a complete embarrasement to the human race! How awful if our world ever gets to the point where it reflects the Osbournes!
The person who started this thread pointed out that Bill Cosby is nuts to shun the Osbournes when he has an 'illetigamate love child', and who's son died in a drug related case. For one thing, is his son dying his fault? What were you trying to say with that remark? EVERY family has thier mistakes and tradgeties! I really don't think that Cosby is PROUD of these two things. It's one thing to have things happen in your life that you resent or are sorry for, it's another to have those things and be proud enough of all of them to display them on national television!
I think anyone who watches the Osbournes and actually appreciates thier vulgur and crude behavior has some serious issues! Very, very sad!

The way I see it is they are a family that genuinely love each other. It's quite obvious to me.They simply have a differently lifestyle than we are used to,but that doesn't take away from the love.

I think everyone has a right to their opinion. Even celebrities have opinions. Sharon has already put to rest on what Bill Cosby had to say about her children. If she can get over it, then so should everyone else.

What the hell does his son's tragic murder have to do with this? Well i'm sorry but The Osbournes is a sad example on family life. Anyway, yeah Ozzy's is soooo rock and roll with an MTV reality show, the same network devoted to Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake plus stupid teenyboppers who flock to see My Super Sweet 16 and Laguna Beach. Oh yeah, Ozzy is bad to the bone

Hi meet my family. My father is plastic surgeon while my late mother was a ballerina turned real estate agent. We lived in Laguna Beach, our house was ALWAYS clean(just because you like to live in filth, doesn't mean everybody else's house have to be like that). My brothers and I made the honor roll all through our school years(Hello, Theo wasn't the best student. If you are going to bash a show, do it right!!!!!).

Another thing, Vanessa and Denise weren't angels. Vanessa experimented in drinking and Denise dropped out of college and got hitched. Plus, you spelled CIGARETTE wrong plus TRIED. Jesus, spell check honey!

To you and anyone else who made a dumb statement that Bill is jealous of a wacked family because they are 'better' need to get your head out of Ozzy's ass. The Osbournes will NEVER have stellar ratings nor respect like The Cosby Show. The Osbournes is a fad and as you can see, the show has been cancelled plus Kelly's failed singing career. You idiots failed to realize that The Cosby Show is just FICTION. Get real

Wake-up People!
I´m very religous and use swearin words quite frequently...and have done so since I´m fourteen.....and Yes...my mom hates it...she taught me not to swear...but well....I still do it.

the thing about the bat he bit the head off....he had the habit of biting off the heads of plastic/toy animals....someone threw the dead bat on stage and he bit it off...sometimes it would be better read the stuff.....I never considered him a Satanic person....

To Bill´s Comment....I think they are alright....see I love both shows...but the Osbournes are somewhat lunactics...lol...laughable ones...but they are lunatics...and I would not want to have them as my neighbours

Do us all a favor and get your facts straight, before you grace us with your ignorance!

Bill Cosby is right, the Osbournes is not good entertainment, perhaps if you had a little bit of common sense, then maybe you would see this!!!!

Here is the type of human being that Bill Cosby is, and the type of man the late Ennis Cosby was:

ASSOCIATED PRESS

NEW YORK -- Bill Cosby has completed a project his son could not, writing children's books about youngsters with learning problems.

''To Ennis, 'Hello, friend,' B.C.,'' reads the inscription on the series for beginning readers, just published by Scholastic. ''Hello, friend'' was a greeting Ennis Cosby often used.

Ennis Cosby, 27, who was shot to death in an attempted robbery in January, was dyslexic and had planned a career working with learning-disabled children.

Bill Cosby said Wednesday on CBS ''This Morning'' that his son had planned to develop some stories with Scholastic ''about children with learning differences. Of course with his murder, this cut everything short. So I dedicated all of this to him.''

The three illustrated stories, featuring a character called ''Little Bill,'' are designed to help parents teach values to their children. Three more books are due out early next year.

I don't know about you people, but I am very proud of what Bill Cosby contributed to humanity, despite Mamasweetpeaches idiotic statements!

BIll Cosby has a LOT more class than Ozzy Osbourne will ever have. I completely agree with him saying that it's a poor example of family life. I hate "The Osbornes" and it's just another stupid reality show.

At least on the Cosby Show, the actors/actresses had to work hard to learn their lines and make it believable on screen. With reality shows, people just say and do whatever they want.

Ozzy Osborne has done a LOT worse than have an affair (and as someone mentioned that took place in the SEVENTIES! ) and it wouldn't surprise me if that whole family had done drugs at one point or another. I know that Kelly was trying to start a singing career, and she actually wasn't bad but what ever happened to that?

I agree with most others. I'd rather watch an entire marathon of "The Cosby Show than ten seconds of the "Osbourne's"

As for his son, I never heard that it was drug-related and who's to say that the people who did the killing weren't on drugs. I seriously doubt that his son was. His son was really smart and was studying to become a teacher from what I remember.

as much as I know...Bill´s son was murdered in an attemped robbery and had nothing to do with drugs....so I don´t know where that came from either.
