Another Bad Sign for FOX's 'Do Not Disturb?'

Yeah, The World Series could definitely put it to rest. It'll probably only get worse from here. I wonder what they'd put in the 9:30 slot in place of it, though.

But in all seriousness, probably til death encores. I have a feeling this will be the final straw for TD and next year, FOX will either;

a) not do any new sitcoms
b) Get behind the sitcom department and try to come up with a fantastic night of comedy to compete with CBS and NBC.

If Til Death gets a fourth season, it'll only be because at that point it can be in local syndication.

Probably expand American Idol or put in another lame game show.

Wow. This show was terrible!! I like Niecy Nash so I thought I'd give it a try, but I didn't even make it through the whole episode. I erased it and cancelled it from the DVR. Horrible, horrible show.

That thought came across my mind, too. Especially if they cancel Do Not Disturb in 2 or 3 more episodes - the slot will be open for the rest of this year, before Idol starts. But, it would probably be Til Death or an animated repeat instead.

I think FOX should completely give up in sitcoms FOREVER. They either are so low-rated that they get cancelled immediately, or FOX has their heads up their a$$ and cancels them for idiotic reasons. They should just stick to reality and dramas from now on.

Til Death will definitely be back next season - they know they just need like another half-season to get it into syndication, so it'll probably get to their then be gone.

If Do Not Disturb is gone in the next few weeks, expect encores of 'Til Death to take its place. Nothing else. Let's see how DND does though in week two. If it does similar, then that is actually a plus.

I still don't see why this show was brought back. Even if it is cheap, it still shouldn't have been brought back. 6 million is nothing to gloat about, cheap or not.
