B.T.W. "McHALES NAVY" episodes are availible online, UNCUT at veoh.com
(at least, I assume they're uncut sine they're all 24 to 25 minutes long, and some a little over that. And they'res only 2 30 second commercials in each one)

And one of the episodes "Action, Camera, Panic," is in color.

I generally don't care for military sitcoms, Gomer Pyle is the only one I really enjoy. The problem with me for McHale's Navy is: Ernest Borgnine always looks sweaty and he yells a lot. Joe Flynn acts smug and is arrogant. I find both actors to be annoying. And the episodes themselves are mostly just plain silly.

For McHale fans, it's good DVD's are out and it looks like they put uncut episodes on the discs. But for me this is just one of those shows that I never got into.
