well i would have to say dick. he is so funny. and i think the creaters did a good thing asking john lithgow to audition for the part. here are my favorites in order from most fave to least:

Dick, Harry, Duebcheck (spelling??), Sally, Nina, Tommy
Leon (John Lithgow's real son, & Dick's student), Pitman (Dick's student), Bug (Dick's student), Mary, Caryn (Dick's student), Don
