Culver City, Calif. (January 2, 2008) – My Boys, TBS’ first ever original scripted comedy, makes its DVD debut June 10 with My Boys: The Complete First Season from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The fun and sporty series stars Jordana Spiro (Must Love Dogs) as a Chicago sportswriter whose “boys” include Michael Bunin (TV’s “Scrubs”), Jim Gaffigan (Three Kings), and Kyle Howard (TV’s “8 Simple Rules”). In addition to all 22 episodes from the first season, the three-disc set contains exclusive bonus features including Life in the Press Box, a behind-the-scenes featurette; a blooper reel; a sports montage; outtakes and a Sports Quiz featurette. My Boys: The Complete First Season will be available for $39.98 SRP.

From executive producer Gavin Polone (TV’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm”), this quirky comedy features Spiro as PJ Franklin, a twenty-something tomboy who finds her masculine, no-nonsense, sports-oriented dating approach does not always have the effect she’s hoped for with potential suitors. When the men in her life – her brother, an ex-boyfriend, her best friend and a sportswriter from the rival newspaper – decide to help her out, the game plan goes out the window and all bets are off, with comic consequences. In her quest to define herself, P.J. learns it doesn’t always pay to be one of the boys!

My Boys, which returns for a second season in 2008, made its debut on November 28, 2006.
